...almost 4 years later, I reaffirm my vote for this superb album! An unfortunately underrated band, certainly the self-esteem of poor Vincent Crane (R.I.P.) didn't benefit from it...

I read the name of the group and thought, "Hellring wrote this!"... and so it was! A beautiful and passionate review as usual when it comes to Manilla Road, but I haven't heard enough of the album to judge... @SUPERBOIA: and I wouldn't expect anything less! The Manowar haven't done Epic since 1984, practically! XD

Last summer, they tricked me by playing almost exclusively tracks from the last two albums, in which, as you put it, "the group's creativity went out to buy cigarettes and never came back," neglecting all their best songs from the '80s, just to be clear (aside from, as a meager consolation, "Black Wind, Fire And Steel")... Anyway, Eric Adams was the most convincing that night: he held on without losing even a bit of breath, unlike what seems to have happened at the concert you attended... Anyway, great review, it really conveys the idea...!

So, I see you're putting in the effort, and after having called you a fake in the review of the Accept, I take that back, but you can still improve…! The album in question I listened to in bits and pieces (so I'm avoiding giving it a rating), but honestly, it didn't make me want to fully listen to it at all: this is a period of their long "kisstory" that I'm not very fond of...!
