A classic, I would say. The tracks are beautiful and captivating, and it's not "all technique and a drag" like in many of his other works, unfortunately.

I agree with Conte. I also think that Pat is not a fundamental jazz guitarist. And I also agree with tiz. Schizophrenia? ;-) This album is immense, probably it doesn't have any particular jazz merits, but it's great, unforgettable music.
