Bolin, Tommy Energy

I only know him from his collaboration in "Spectrum" by Cobham, one of the most perfect albums of Fusion.
The Clash Give'em Enough Rope

Great album, I prefer their first two albums to the later ones.
The Radio Dept. Pulling Our Weight EP

Exactly algol, shoe-gazing observers is the well-known definition of Shoegaze, referring to the way such artists play, often looking down to manage the guitar effects. @fede: Sooner or later I’ll catch up on some Prog, we’ll see. :)
Idaho Year After Year

@fede: referring to "Frigid Stars" by Codeine. :)

Maroon 5 Hands All Over
Voto:

This Heat This Heat

An example of unclassifiable rock, a synthesis of avant-prog, experimental rock, and new wave, both this and "Deceit" are fantastic; instead of Radiohead, I would have put Liars as the last sentence.
The Mars Volta Amputechture

I haven't listened to this album in a couple of years, but what a pleasure it was back then.
