In my opinion, the "track by track" description should be used very rarely, when there are significant differences between tracks, which I believe are simply not present in these types of albums. However, when I read "cattiverrimo," I got chills, and I won’t say anything more. I’m not eager to listen to the album knowing the genre I don't particularly appreciate and having heard something from their previous albums that I didn't like at all.

Thank you very much for the comments, and I’ll respond to Ale9to’s and say that I quite like the Nest from the only album I’ve listened to, which is "Trail of the Unwary." Their atmosphere is unique and very minimalist, just the way I like it :) and it’s really nice that they use a crystalline instrument like the Kantele.

Phenomenal this album too, Agalloch never disappoint. Great review even though I was a bit sorry you didn't mention the track that, in my opinion, is the best of the EP, namely "Sowilo Rune." Well, this is just a personal nitpick..XD
