Celtic Frost Monotheist

Tom G. Warrior has left Celtic, effectively marking its end, and he has founded a band called Triptykon that, according to Tom himself, will sound exactly like Celtic Frost. Furthermore, the band's first album will consist of tracks initially composed for the successor to Monotheist. I ask you, does that seem normal to you??

For now, I’ll give you the grades, then I’ll review and share a bit about that joker Tom G Warrior.
Sepultura Chaos A.D.

For me, the no plus ultra of Sepultura is Beneath the Remains, followed by Arise and Chaos A.D. I partially like Roots, but it's too crossover for me. After Roots, well... better not to talk about it. In October, the new album is coming out, a concept album based on A Clockwork Orange. Then the contract ends, and I bet my balls that they’ll tell Derek Green to screw off and reunite with the Cavalera brothers.

After Youthanasia, they released Cryptic Writings in '97, which is boring to the nth degree, then Risk in '99, an unbearable pop/rock electronic mess that makes kangaroos vomit. In 2001, Mustaine announced the grand return to metal, but came out with The World Needs a Hero. You know St. Anger by Metallica? Yeah, it’s very close. Finally, after a breakup of a few months between 2002 and 2003, Megadeth dropped The System Has Failed in 2004, an album that is definitely more metal than the 3 previous ones, alternating great tracks with moments of deadly boredom. In 2007, United Abominations was released, which, while not having the flaws of its predecessor, also lacks its merits, qualifying as a bland and dull album that you abandon after the second listen. I hope I’ve been helpful in this brief overview of the career of Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield’s best friend. Bye.

Then there’s Killing Is My Business, which is the first album but it’s a faded copy of Kill 'Em All by Metallica and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Meanwhile, between Peace Sells and Rust In Peace, they released So Far, So Good... So What, which, aside from a couple of tracks, is far below the two mentioned masterpieces.

peace sells, rust in peace, countdown to extinction, and of course, youthanasia. The subsequent albums are useless and incredibly dull.
