If you think about it, power metal is the only sub-genre of metal that has never evolved. What a difference is there between Scream Bloody Gore and The Sound of Perseverance?? A sea, an ocean!!!! If you listen to a Keeper from Helloween and any random album from a power metal band these days, like the aforementioned Cydonia, you won't find any difference even if you look for it with a candle!!!!

I completely agree with you. Slipknot is garbage, nu metal (metal, naaaaaaaaa) is garbage, as Phil Anselmo once said, "metal lives in the underground, look for it in the basements, not in the stadiums." These clowns will have a future in the circus but in metal, which they have never been a part of, they have never had any role, much to the peace of the pseudo-dark kids who listen to them.
