the penultimate great album of the iron maiden, after seventh son, just boredom.........aside from a few sparks here and there on fear of the dark.

More than a year after its release, having given it an enthusiastic review when it first came out, I can now, with a clear mind and after billions and billions of listens, say that this album is mediocre and boring at the highest levels. Load is better. And I'm not making this up...

Yes, but Quake, Quake 2, and Quake 4 are in another galaxy...... I have to say I finished this one once and never played it again, while the others I've played to death, I know them practically by heart, especially Quake 2.......

I consider it an excellent work, much better than Christ Illusion, on the same great levels as God Hates Us All. I find the cover very interesting. For now, my favorite tracks are World Painted Blood, Hate Worldwide, Playing with Dolls, and Not of This God.

Paul Paul, but if in '81 you had found a nice job in a small factory, wouldn't that have been better??? I saw him live 3 years ago and it was nothing short of pathetic. A guy who in the morning trashes his (very) ex-band, and in the evening to make ends meet plays covers of that same band.........what a character......
