I'm sorry, hell, this time you could have avoided it. I mean, the writing isn’t bad but I don’t agree with you regarding the album. We’re not facing "The Angel and the Dark River," but that doesn’t mean it should be avoided like the plague. Let’s say this work strays a bit from the patterns that have characterized the mastery and style that have been a cornerstone and pillar of the band, which has made us fall in love and happy while listening to every single note born from MDB. We can classify "Like Gods of the Sun" as different in approach, perhaps softer and more delicate than the others, melancholic, sad, and engaging. It starts with the harshness of "Like Gods of the Sun" and then lands in the universe of "For My Fallen Angel," which for me is the work of art, the highest peak reached by MDB. Violins, distorted guitars, a unique atmosphere, a seal of absurd emotions. I’m sorry for the rating, but I can’t give you more than 3 since you've reviewed my favorite album by the band and one of my all-time favorites. Don’t worry, though; you’re an excellent reviewer and a great music enthusiast. Everyone has their own ideas and tastes in the end.
P.S. Lovelorn, I think you were too harsh this time. Moreover, hell's review didn’t seem pretentious; he just expressed his feelings about an album that, in this case, must have disappointed his expectations – that’s understandable. The writing isn’t bad, I repeat, giving it a low score from my point of view is a bit too severe.

I wanted to join the chorus of the "best 3," namely jakechambers, contemplazione, and dr adder—great guys, especially the first two, who for me are the best reviewers in the jazz scene on debaser. Great job bringing the jazz flag with passion, dedication, and artistic flair... I too have in mind to write some reviews on the jazz panorama and hope to measure up at least a little... To conclude, I offer my sincerest compliments; you have all my support and esteem. Grandiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii.
