@Ole: See? ;-) @Bubi: oh, there it is! @Currahee: thanks! @Don: dismantled is a strong word; in the end, the only important player we lost was Marion, who by the way was just complaining lately. More than anything, I don’t understand the point of having someone like Shaq in D'Antoni's type of game, but good old Mike has surprised us so many times that I prefer to wait before expressing myself. As for the 30 from Detroit, all I can say is it was a rough night, but I think it’s just an episode. After all, two days ago we beat Boston; I’m hoping for the best…
P.S: Seattle, I didn't see that coming! ;-)

Mmm, I think I've missed something lately, what have you all done to dear Azzo?

Thanks to everyone for stopping by, in order: @Ole: I’ve been going through a rough patch and haven’t had much time for online things; I didn’t know that Azzo hadn’t reached out either, I’ll send him a text. Petty is impossible not to like and the links open, just checked them ;-) @Fusillo: not even in the playoffs, it’s been a black season… @Nick: yes, I heard that too. @Bartle: well, cliché, maybe not so much; you either hate Dallas or love them. I also started getting into the NFL thanks to Telecapodistria back then, but the real debut was with the XX Super Bowl commented by Rino Tomasi on Italia 1 (it’s been ages, I know…) @Bjork: it must be the aMore ;-) @Shooting: well, lately, if it weren’t for these terrible old folks keeping rock alive, there wouldn’t be much else… @Emanuele: Thanks! @Melissa: "Runnin' down a dream" has a slightly shorter version, I met Petty back in the Traveling Wilburys days and never let go. @Teo: yes, they’re amazing live. @Green: yes, you’re right, but it seemed a bit pointless to add something about such a well-known artist; I preferred to let the images speak. @Battle: dive deeper into Petty, he deserves it. @SBK: wow, so many Dallas fans! @Dottor: eh, they don’t make those great movies like they used to! @Giudice: good to see you! @S4: Good to see you too! @Bubi: even more than 15! @Don: who do you cheer for in the NBA? (be careful how you answer, I’m a Suns fan…)

Magnificent review for a magnificent film. p.s.: Hi Fusi, I've been quite busy lately and barely had time to update my blog, don't worry I'll soon be back to annoy you at full capacity... ;-)

Dear Judge, first of all, I think I've thoroughly demonstrated on this Site that I can also laugh and make fun of myself (notice I used "farmi" and not "far", pay attention), in the specific case we are discussing, your attitudes are starting to wear me down. Do I have to praise you every time you spout yet another cliché? And anyway, you know very well that it's not just about putting a 1; the discussion goes much deeper, as we've already talked about it. Don't try to make me out to be something I'm not (I think we understand each other). Then I would like to know what would be inappropriate for my age, given that I'm just trying to make you understand that according to your standards, anyone should go around the site offending others (because if you were honest with yourself, you'd realize that's what you do—I'm sorry, my friend, but yours is not irony; you may pass it off as irony, but it is not). The fact remains that I still haven't been explained the reason for the attitude I mentioned above, but once again, an attempt has been made to pass off a reflection as "heavy", using the usual sophistic games. If it makes you feel good, I'll let you enjoy this, but for the comment 70 (below yours), I won't even respond given the flood of clichés that are being thrown around. One last thing: you cannot compare the self-inflicted 1s of Sfascia or Nick with those you put right and left, which are irreconcilable both in motivation and modus operandi. Give a bit of fairness, for heaven's sake, let’s stop (you stop) playing who has the longest, you’re not of that age anymore... Au Revoir.

Aside from the final closing, post 49 by Jawbreaker is shareable; metalheads may be ignorant, posers, and vulgar, but when it comes to maturity, they seem to have much more of it than other users on this site. Of course, there are exceptions, but it doesn't seem to me that the average metalhead on DeBaser is as annoying toward other genres as others are toward metal. Then, I don't understand one thing: because I'm fundamentally a stupid person (so if you can explain it clearly to me, you'd be doing me a favor): it's pretty clear that those who manage the site have an idiosyncrasy towards the genre (which is evident since the most “violent” attacks are usually carried out by staff members, correct me if I'm wrong, huh!) and at this point, I wonder: since it annoys you, why not just not publish the reviews that fans send you? No one would accuse you of antidemocracy; in fact, I think the majority of users would applaud you. It would be more elegant that way than this ongoing petty annoyance, which is becoming really ridiculous and bothersome in the long run. With sincerity and without polemics.

I'm not interested in the motivations of someone like you, I don't feel the need for them, whether they're valid or not. Learn to behave civilly and maybe we'll talk about it. Regards.

I honestly don’t feel like wasting much time with people like you, don’t take it as a personal attack but someone who doesn’t understand the boundary between joking and pointless cruelty (and it’s one who wishes death upon someone else) isn’t someone I want to interact with. My opinions on the Maiden are scattered around on DeB with this nick, like cptgaio and emofiliaco, and you’ll also find my motivations if you’re interested, but I don’t think you are given your all-knowing attitude, so let’s leave it at that. Aloha.

At the time, it had an impact on me, with all the themes surrounding misfit youth that I somewhat identified with. Watching it years later, it has indeed lost a bit of its appeal, but in my opinion, it can still be given a passing grade without hesitation.
