I'm now a broken record: I really like this album, and a lot. Faster, more direct, less dark than Reflektor. It works, it's different, it's intense, and at the end there are 3-4 tracks in a row, each one more beautiful than the last. 4 stars without a shadow of a doubt.

He's always good, but this album slightly left me with a sense of boredom. The previous "Refractory Obdurate," on the other hand, I listened to a lot; the transition to Deathwish had benefited his sound. He remains a great singer-songwriter :) excellent writing!

The review is beautiful, it evokes the feeling of the sea, summer, and saltiness :) I have quite a few doubts about the album, I listened to it and right from the start it left me with a feeling of boredom. Technically they are good, but the tracks on the album lack those emotional peaks that I look for in music.

So, I listened to it carefully three or four times in a row. The first six tracks are spectacular, filled with a thousand different ideas and complicated, crazy melodies. The last two pieces leave me somewhat uncertain: "Last Year" is too moody and slow, never really getting to the point, and "Pleader" sounds like an anthem from some American battle of the 1800s. Overall, it's a demonstration of a band that is maturing with each album and provides a breath of fresh air to contemporary music.

Taurus impeccable in writing as always. I was waiting for your review on this album. I’ve already told you in other places, but I really like it. True, they stay in their comfort zone playing the same genre, but they manage to weave fresh and delicate melodies without getting boring. This album feels very summery, which is why I like it so much :D
