Dude, the record is a blast. Bought from the Deathwish website for a measly 6 bucks. Bomb. Infinite love right from the first track. Thanks.

I'm already scared by the cover. If I even tried to listen to the content, I think I'd have a serious heart attack.

Your reviews have become a classic. Well-written and smooth. As for MGMT, I'm not really a fan, although their first album was nice. The second one and this new one, however, had me yawning almost immediately.

I don't know the band and I don't know if I'll ever listen to them... but you really write well! Good job :)

Play it safe. I've recently gotten into this genre too, and it's a blast. Check out Modern Life Is War as well (review also by ZeroKanada).

I knew it would be you to review this album! By now I trust you and Deathwish, so I already know I’m going to love it a lot. The review is amazing, you’ve outdone yourself this time. I don’t know you in person, but I have a lot of respect for you :)

What a wonderful review! I experience the same thing; everyone asks me, "Do you have Facebook?" and I always respond, "No, luckily no"... not to mention the fateful question "What music do you listen to?". Well done indeed. I don't know them, but if you mention GYBE, I think I'll give them a chance.

I actually quite like this album; I find it really nice to listen to. Of course, it’s nothing groundbreaking, but they have bounced back and returned to the sound of their first self-titled record, which was fantastic.

A film by the Coen brothers is always a guarantee of quality. This is one of their best, and McCarthy's novel is a step above.

I finally got my hands on this album and... wow! I was amazed by the beauty of this music. It's a genre I don't often listen to, that I'm not familiar with, but I have to say I really enjoyed these Modern Life Is War. Thank you for introducing me to them :)
