Vasco Rossi Il mondo che vorrei
Voto:
A review that perfectly conveys the mediocrity of the life and mind of those who still listen to Vasco. A review worthy of the worst Vincenzo Mollica, an endless mush with no head or tail following the trend of finding new ways to express the same old clichés, a discourse so "mainstream" that it becomes annoying and nauseating. In short, a mirror of changing times that, alas, are worsening before our eyes. Dear "primiballi" or whatever the hell you sign as, without all this panegyric: Vasco is still selling because there are people like you who justify him, while if the average level of decency and intelligence were normal, such a man would rightly be considered for what he is, namely a poor coke addict to be pitied, that's all.
Savatage Handful of Rain

Savatage... and how can you comment on them objectively? I'm too attached to this band. Rock as it should be made: simple, engaging, transparent, visceral. When the music is not just notes but the story of those who play it, and it manages to also be the story of those who listen to it. They know how to make themselves understood instantly without compromises; you listen to them and they're already inside you, there's nothing you can do about it. Truly magical, I don’t know how else to describe them. As for the fact that the album sounds "grunge" (but where, exactly?) well... what's the harm? Ah, right... METAL is sacred, it shouldn't be touched and must not undergo any kind of influence. Frank1979, a piece of advice: put Kill 'em all back on, do your solitary headbanging, and don't bug us :)

"Energy from extinct cosmos screams blood, from the lands of the unknown mercilessly." And after a sentence like that, you stand still staring into the void with a twitch in your left eye. You absolutely need to be institutionalized... You can't be serious, really, YOU CAN'T, in my opinion, you enjoy pulling everyone's leg, and in this case, if I were to meet you, I would kick you in the ass, but affectionately, with a smile, as if to say, "You little rascal, huh, you’ve driven us all mad, damn it,” but unfortunately, my terrible suspicion is that you are SERIOUS and just considering this possibility makes me want to send you into exile in Tibet to meditate on the meaning of life (and given the current climate, we might even take a few Chinese punches to the teeth, which, I must say, wouldn't do you any harm at all, quite the opposite). CLOWN!
Dream Theater Falling Into Infinity

It's terrible how the DT-boys (a phenomenon more concerning than the Papa-boys) come up with all kinds of excuses to justify what, in their eyes, is a mathematical-physical absurdity: the fact that NOT EVERYONE likes Dream Theater. "How is it possible?" they think. "There must be something behind it, maybe they're just jealous people, maybe they're people who channel their sexual repression this way, maybe it's the result of severe childhood trauma, because NO ONE CAN SAY they don't love DT." They come up with all sorts of the most absurd, inconceivable motivations, even going so far as to psychoanalyze you, EVERYTHING to avoid considering the most obvious thing that, according to them, is unacceptable: that there are people who have listened to them like any other band and have simply decided that they MAKE THEM SICK, FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!!

"Come on, this album isn't that bad; if you don't like it, it means you're too traditional and not open to innovations." No, if we don't like it, it's because it's crap regardless. Have you ever considered that hypothesis?
Queen A Night At The Opera

Friend, I don’t want to comment on the album, I just want to point out that your Italian is blood-curdling. I hope you realized it when rereading the review once it’s published (I want to believe you wrote and sent it without correcting it).
Rhapsody Legendary Tales
Voto:
The music that these 5 hypocephali draw inspiration from has noble origins. There’s nothing deeper than the tales and folk songs that over the centuries have given rise to epic legends and novels of indescribable depth, along with the medieval minstrels who passed them down through music. However, like everything in this shitty world, this cultural heritage has also fallen victim to commercialization. Here’s how it works: something valuable that sparks interest is taken—like medieval music and epic sagas—and its quality is lowered so that it becomes understandable to the morons like Starblazer. It happens to everything. Masterpieces of literature, films, poems, even scientific theories suffer the same fate every day. Lowering the level of culture, filtering everything that could be grasped through study, dedication, and intuition, and leaving only a few appealing traits that can capture the masses. Making everything accessible to everyone, giving the public the illusion of being intelligent while in reality, they are and remain as ignorant as goats, and moreover, arrogant enough to call anyone who doesn’t think in a “high” and “elitist” way as they do a fool. Dear Starblazer, you are a cultural byproduct of our sick times, turned out pretty badly. Withdraw.

Starblazer! Do you really not understand what the cover of this album represents? Am I the only one who sees that it's a prisoner about to be branded with the Dream Theater symbol!?!? PATHETIC!

"What was the historical event of the year 1989? The fall of the Berlin Wall? No! The release of the first album by the legendary Dream Theater!" You aimed to be ironic, but instead you just came off as foolish. Long live the intelligence of the average DT fan! Too technical!! But also "with feeling"!!!! P.S. "In 1989 there was also Inter's last scudetto before Calciopoli. Now that's an event" --> GENIUS COMMENT!!

The Dream Theater clinics are dreadful. It feels like being in the south curve at the Olimpico when Totti scores. And then they talk.
