In my opinion, the review is a hodgepodge of words thrown around randomly.
The real question is this: does a stew of unusual words (some perhaps made up) that have nothing to do with the context, as long as they are striking, make the reviewer an intellectual or a fool?
To the human cases, the difficult sentence.
