Then another thing, allow me, without any polemic of course since I consider you an intelligent person (in my humble opinion more so than the ones you talk about) and as polite as few can be found here, to refute your observations.
1) You say "because it contains songs that whether we like it or not are still debated." But this seems to have little to do with the music, and if that's the case, all of Manson's songs spark debate given his persona, and therefore, as you see, we always go back to the image because it’s clear that if Nilla Pizzi had dressed like him, even "Vola colomba bianca vola" would have sparked discussion.
2) "because Reznor's production is masterful." This, in my opinion, besides not saying anything about the quality of the album, given the thousands of albums with excellent production that are terrible, should at most praise Reznor and not Manson on this point. And then it's hard (if not impossible) for an album to be remembered solely for the quality of its production.
3) "because it brings Industrial in contact with Pop." Aside from the fact that I see nothing of pop here, even if it were, this feature certainly is not enough to elevate it to a record to be remembered for its importance, especially since this contamination was definitely not new at the time of the album's release.
In conclusion, I believe that in the end, Manson's albums are only remembered because there is a character like him involved. The only thing people will remember about this album is probably when Manson tears pages from the Bible in the Antichrist Superstar video, mimicking, as Fidia rightly pointed out, what a certain Rozz Williams was doing some years earlier. Perhaps the only thing that belongs to Manson's music that will be remembered in the future is the cover of the Eurythmics.

I have already written this: "Although less has produced something new from a musical point of view. Therefore, in the history of more or less recent music, Manson's albums, if not in some service by some uptight journalist from Studio Aperto or worse still used as a backdrop for Vespa's deep dives into the beasts of Satan, count for less than zero."
What do you think Manson's songs have produced in terms of musical innovation?
What weight have his albums had from a musical perspective?
Feel free to copy and paste the thoughts of those you consider more intelligent than you.

Captanhowdy, you would agree with me that your consideration is quite trivial in response to the argument that, in your view, Manson's albums have said a lot. On a commercial level and in terms of transgression among kids, parents, and the audience of Studio Aperto, I could somewhat agree with you. However, on the level of image, Manson has proposed nothing (I emphasize nothing) new either in look or in movements and everything that surrounds it. Although less, he has produced something new from a musical standpoint. Therefore, in the history of more or less recent music, Manson's albums, if not for some service by some uptight journalist from Studio Aperto or, worse, used as a background for Vespa's in-depth pieces on the beasts of Satan, count for less than zero.

In my opinion, Supersoul is right. Reviews should be written with the ears and sensations rather than going through every line looking for things written by others that often report things that are not entirely accurate. But I don't feel like giving it a 1. Let's find a middle ground. The album isn't bad, but I prefer Bug.

"And what is it that these albums have said musically?"
I believe it is truly difficult to answer this question without saying nonsense.

More than with Britney Spears, I would compare him to Platinette. The outfits and makeup are the same; maybe they both have Lele Mora as their agent.

"Metal is a transcendent immaterial force that completely permeates you if you know how to welcome it within you, and it has the ability to touch your deepest chords, precisely because it is direct and instinctive, bloody and fierce like the animal that lies dormant inside you, suffocated by millennia of civilization."

It's clear that defender85 didn't understand a damn thing about what I was saying.
Alright, goodbye.

Supersoul, I agree with what you say, but even the Doors on DeB receive thousands of comments. The example is not exactly the most fitting. I'll just brush off what was written by defender85, which is an understatement to call trivial and childish.
