@47: I had already written my list of Dinosaur Jr. preferences... but I'll give you some suggestions since you're just getting started :D I'm surprised that you didn't like "You're Living All Over Me"... well, try listening to "Bug" even though I doubt you’ll enjoy it, but maybe I could be deluding myself. Otherwise, try again with "Green Mind" and "Where You Been"...

Now do you understand what album I anticipated as the "most awaited" (not by me) of 2009?

What others would also recommend to those who want to get to know the Dinosaurs, and I wrote some comments above.

Cynic, to get to know the Dinosaur better, check out the other reviews written about them; there are plenty, and you can get an idea :D just forget about "things" like this one here, and don't take it the wrong way, Alezmoskov...

Let's say 4.5.

An album perhaps too underrated, of which I have beautiful memories. I do not share at all the horror felt by some regarding the arrangements of the songs; in my opinion, they fit well, very well. Besides "Con Il Nastro Rosa," I think the highlights are "Il Monolocale," "Perchè Non Sei Una Mela," and the introductory "effetto pioggia" present in the title track.

I don't know, for me "Bug" and "You're Living All Over Me" (even just for "Little Fury Things") are tied in my Mascis preferences, followed by the first one and those from "Green Mind" onwards, excluding "Without A Sound" (at least we can all agree that it's their weakest, right? XD)...

I was looking forward to this CD, but not this review.

Comparing them to Negramaro makes no sense. They arrived after the Epo project... and this album, in particular, I received back in 2002 and I didn't mind it, especially the aforementioned "Tu Nunn'o Ssaje," written by Lino Cannavacciuolo (a great violinist). I haven’t listened to the work in question for a while, though...

"Tu Nunn'o Ssaje" is a masterpiece.
