Lucio Dalla Il Contrario Di Me
Voto:
Unheard album, for now. But now that I've grown up, I must say: Dalla, already with "Canzoni", you could tell he was going to change. I say "Canzoni" because I really liked "Cambio" a lot (gems like "Le Rondini", "2009 (Le Cicale E Le Stelle)", "Bella", "Apriti Cuore" and why not, even the charm of "Attenti Al Lupo"), and "Henna" was no joke either (with a cameo by the late Mastroianni...), but "Canzoni" was not at all comparable to these two aforementioned, even though there were great tracks like "Ayrton" or "Tu Non Mi Basti Mai"... not to mention "Ciao"... I didn't care much for the title track, but at least there was "Non Vergognarsi Mai", which is quite nice. Regarding "Lucio", my father says it's not a good album. I haven't heard it yet, but I still find it quite tough. However, I must acknowledge that the Tosca conducted by him (not in the cinematic sense) is quite good.

Great review. The album is wonderful, no doubt about it. The only unforgivable flaw is the presence of a blasphemy in "1.9.9.6.", but that doesn’t change the fact that, for me, the rating remains 5 out of 5 this time. It's a different story compared to Gogol Bordello, who with "Santa Marinella" have not just one but several blasphemies!

I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Someone reviewed it! I have the "bad luck" (who knows?) of owning a vinyl that contains Sono Cattiva, Skizzo Skizzo, Violentami, and other gems... including the cover of Whole Lotta Love! Damn! Anyway, now that I’m older, it doesn’t drive me crazy at all... I just really liked Siamo Donne with Salerno... the work you reviewed, however, I don't know well... but I give you a great score for the SUPER COURAGEOUS REVIEW!

I'll leave to others a probable comment, I don’t feel like responding to you... I will only let those who pass by here read YOUR WORDS taken step by step from this month's review of Anime Salve: "DE ANDRE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PLAY, HE GOES AROUND C IN DIFFERENT SAUCES, AND I SAID C BECAUSE HE HAS A TINY RANGE, he murmurs, to say crooning is a compliment. ANOTHER COMMUNIST MYTH OF THE Nineteenth CENTURY, he doesn't know how to sing, doesn’t know how to play, does an entire discography on 4 chords and nursery rhymes, can’t even be heard with the PFM, acts like a communist but is incredibly wealthy, justifies the armed struggle of Curcio and Co., is friends with gypsies and a Zionist. TO THE FIRE." I really want to see what they will say after such nonsense.

Can you explain this to me :D De André was one of the greatest Italian singers of all time...I would never forgive you for those absurdities you mentioned in the review of Anime Salve...

Ah, my above question was referring to the squabble between the fake Ferretti and Ghemison. And getting back to the topic, the review is not bad at all.

Guys, are you sure that what was written under the name Giovanni Lindo Ferretti is the real deal? I wouldn’t say so! Anyway, I need to get my hands on the CD somehow, just like all the other ones by CCCP...

Great review. The album isn't bad, but it's definitely the worst of 24 Grana...although there are unmissable tracks like Psiconauta and Stay On The Edge.

Thank God I managed to get it today. Of course, I chose the Special Edition, the one that includes an extra DVD, since the version without the DVD seems to be gone (I believe). 16.90 euros is too much for a masterpiece like this... but for once, I turned a blind eye, considering I usually never spend more than 15 euros on purchases, and I don’t think I ever will again. That doesn't diminish what I already thought about this album: it's magnificent, played spectacularly. I think it could soon rank among the most beautiful albums I’ve heard this year (talking about older albums, just to be clear). My favorite songs are Rappresento, Vesto Sempre Uguale, La Costanza, and Resto Acciso. But the whole CD is sensational. Maximum respect for Francesco Di Bella.
