Maybe you’re right, I’m too nice... but maybe it’s because I’m not in a bad mood today, even though I’m studying for tomorrow's second test simulation :D ah... if you feel like it, to stay on the theme of similar musical tastes, I don’t know if you’ve noticed my recent review of a record by the good Fagen... I think it’s still visible on the homepage, happy reading!

(dissociated in the sense that he tried to do something better than the other two)

The "welcome" I didn't specify fully, and I should have meant it this way: good idea to do it for charity, but, as you pointed out above, one should not fall into the tacky and miserable "let's love each other" vibe (for example, I find the part about "we're not so alone" repeated ad libitum at a certain point unbearable). Unfortunately, that's how it turned out, but a bit of the blame lies with two-thirds of those who conceived this project: coincidentally, it's Jovanotti (who, with the latest album, has really fallen low...), Giuliano Sangiorgi (lead singer of Negramaro, which says a lot)... and the only one who dissociated himself from the three is Mauro Pagani.

(Among the deserving ones, I forgot Battiato, Vecchioni, and Finardi...my fault!)

Well, Lewis is a safe bet when it comes to reviews...there's no denying that...

The album by the Fratelli Chimici. "Elektrobank", how to create a sort of electronic suite in just 8 minutes.

The incredible thing is: 1) that no one knows this piece was originally from 2003; 2) that Algol seriously thinks that everyone who participated is disgusting. Honestly, I cannot give a rating to this project, and I don't want to. If there were deserving participants (Bersani, Caparezza, GIANNI MAROCCOLO, Frankie, Rachele from Baustelle - and partly also the other members, Zucchero, Elio, I was stunned even seeing Mr. Agnelli...) there were also people who knew nothing about it (Pezzali, Pausini, Ferreri, Nek, Albano, Fabri Fibra). If it’s all for charity, that's great, but the overall result is a potpourri that both irritates and surprises you at the same time. So, a project without a rating.
Primus Tales From The Punchbowl

This is the album that made me start worshipping Primus, leading me to discover their earlier works and the last two (not the EPs). Many define "Sailing The Seas Of Cheese" and "Frizzle Fry" as Les and the gang's best works, but I believe this one deserves to be considered as such, just like "Pork Soda." Tracks like "Southbound Pachyderm," the hallucinatory "Over The Electric Grapevine," and the jam session-like "Professor Nutbutter's House Of Treats" (as already explained by Occulto) are among their classics.

As I promised myself, I finally found it, and even from the first listen, I regret not discovering Morphine sooner. Let's say you've already said everything about this album. However, I’ll add that from the first notes, it’s clear that Sandman was ahead of his time for conceiving a new form of rock characterized by the overlap of bass and saxophone that goes straight to the heart. Not many have thought of this (in fact, perhaps no one else ever has, but maybe I'm wrong...) That doesn’t change the fact that the good Mark will always live in our hearts. And in just under two months, it will be ten years since his departure in Rome...
