@Teenage No no, unfortunately he's not a 15-year-old. He's from '73................................ ...
@Esteemed reviewer Everyone eats what they like best, of course. Having said that, of course you can prefer The Edge to Jimmy Page, you can even prefer him to Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Ritchie Blackmore, Randy Rhoads, etc..., as long as you’re musically coprophagous.

@Gate I swear, even if I wanted to, I wouldn't have had the strength. These are things that make you want to give up, and not just... A bit like what the esteemed reviewer wrote about Robert Plant.

I abstained from voting, also because the review is written quite well and besides, I occasionally listen to them too when I need some easy listening stuff, but after the blasphemy you wrote, you deserve a solid one. Maybe you can't even hear Jimmy Page's guitar.. But don't worry, The Edge is better!!(?)

@Bartleboom I also have a friend who only listens to U2 and Vasco. One day I played him 3 songs he didn't know (Stairway to Heaven, Since I've Been Loving You, and Child in Time).... His response was something like: "And these are supposed to be amazing songs? You really listen to crap music!" I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

I apologize for the intrusion, it's rare for me to comment on DeB. I usually pass by here just to try to expand my musical knowledge, but lately, I’m really upset and what initially was meant to be just a praise for Italian heroes has turned into a rant about politics. And from what I gathered, such things aren’t very appreciated on DeB, so I apologize if I've disturbed anyone's sensitivities, considering there are quite a few very sensitive personalities here. Best regards, I’ll return to my work.

5 to the meaning of "Think". FALCONE, BORSELLINO, AND THOSE LIKE THEM ARE ITALIAN HEROES. In Parliament, we have a pig like Cuffaro who, during the maxi anti-mafia trials, said on national television, obviously on the dwarf's channel, to PAOLO BORSELLINO that he should be ashamed. It is Totò the accomplice who should be ashamed for not being underground in place of those two, I repeat, HEROES. We are the ones who should be ashamed because we allow such elements to be in Parliament. Not to mention the various Dell'Utri, Berlusconi, etc. We are a nation of idiots who still do not realize how rotten the Italian political system is, and it's not a matter of right or left. We continue to believe that the issue is right or left, Berlusconi or Veltroni, and we divide ourselves, some on one side, others on the other, instead of standing united to genuinely try to change things and free ourselves once and for all from this mafia-like association that has resided in Parliament for years. Because in the end, the characters are always the same. The names of the parties have changed, some have switched political allegiances (which proves that right and left no longer exist), some have even changed the electoral law (one of the principles of the Italian Constitution, but it’s not surprising, given that it has become clear that the dwarf can do whatever he pleases, like the various ad personam laws he had passed in his previous term) but fundamentally the substance hasn't changed; they continue to take us for a ride. It must be said that someone, without naming names, has presented a popular law proposal in Parliament signed by 350,000 signatures (just 50,000 would have sufficed) to prevent convicted criminals from entering Parliament. I believe this is a good starting point, but of course, the law hasn’t even been discussed. Obviously, more or less what the hell... This definitively seals, if there was still a need for confirmation, the END of POPULAR SOVEREIGNTY, which is another principle of the Constitution. If this isn’t dictatorship, we are certainly very close. We are dishonoring those who fought and died to give freedom to Italy.

@Fritz: unfortunately no, it’s not a joke. I believe old Alfred is turning in his grave at the mere thought of such an obscenity. Because it will surely be an obscenity, without a shadow of a doubt.

The album is stunning. And this is definitely NOT a commercial operation, unlike the recent collections that the Maestro Jimmy has thrown at us in the last few years...
