Manowar Warriors Of The World

they've never driven me crazy. For this album, while not a masterpiece, it earns a passing grade for some compositions. The ballads are nice but they all sound the same, and what’s more, there are four of them one after the other, consecutive! "Nessun Dorma" is "cute" and nothing more... the instrumental could serve as a soundtrack for some epic or war movie; the cover follows the old path of the average cliché; Call TO Arms, the title track, House of Dead, and especially Hand Of Doom are very nice. Let’s say that a 3 is fair.

Honestly, I've never been that enthusiastic about them. However, it’s undeniable that they have talent and, in any case, they manage to appeal even to those who hate Dream Theater.
Black Majesty Tomorrowland

Good review. An album that doesn't quite make the grade. I listened to it and it didn't say anything to me at all. If this band had never existed, I don't think the power scene would have been affected (including the entire metal and music scene).
Useless band.
Iron Maiden Virtual XI
Voto:
In my opinion, the real crap from Maiden is the last one with Bruce Dickinson, "No Prayer for the Dying." "The X Factor" is a great album, with true masterpiece songs. The real weak point was trying to adapt Maiden's songs to Blaze's voice. If we also add a pathetic production, then it's all over. "Virtual XI," on the other hand, is a "bland" album... it's not that it's bad, but honestly, I don't see all this aura of a masterpiece either. Four stars seem exaggerated to me. I would give it two and a half stars (or just two...). There are some "nice" songs and the rest is pathetic. The production is terrible. The guitarists and the drummer seem to suffer from some spastic illness.

your reviews always make me want to listen to the albums and/or watch the movies you review... I will get it.

if only this were the only dud album from the Maiden... and, anyway, I like Wasting Love... The fact is that the review is perfect and the album is half a turd.
Rob Zombie Halloween - The Beginning

I haven't seen it, but out of the very long Halloween series, I only appreciated the first ones (and the one titled 200 Years Later). But they've never been masterpieces. This, on the other hand, right from the direction, makes me suspect that it's going to be a monstrous piece of crap.

"This album is a piece of shit forced out by a chronic constipated person.
P.S.: I hate track by track VOTATE...."

The review, although long-winded, is beautiful. Ligabue, on the other hand, makes me want to puke... Sorry. Anyway, the first albums aren’t that bad after all.
Metallica St. Anger
Voto:
First: Two-thirds of the review talk about Metallica and their biodiscography. Second: I completely disagree with the idea that we find ourselves halfway between the Black Album (which will remain, for me, a great album) and "Justice" (another masterpiece). Third: the sound of the drums literally sounds like CRAP. It seems almost like Lars is beating on some broken pots; the production is horrible; James's vocals are terrible; the bass drives me up the wall (and this drum-bass combination, bang, bang, is incredibly annoying); the songs are too long (another weak point: if they were composed with a duration equal to half of the current one, it might have been much more digestible); Metallica go from being inspirers to being uninspired (the imitation of the Queens Of The Stone Age sound is obvious. An abomination); there’s not a single damn solo in the songs!
Now: I know it would be stupid to expect a Master Of Puppets part two but this album sounds like an insult to intelligence (an offense!) to fans and to those who work hard to compose real music, coming from the heart.
This is coming from a Metallica fan who has always followed them and loved them all the way up to the self-titled album, even trying to find the good in Load and ReLoad.
I hope in the next release, with Rubin as producer. If they fail even then, fuck it.
P.S.: United Abominatios, for me, is a thousand times better than this piece of crap. However, this Megadeth album also sucks.
