It seemed to me like an entirely similar album; the riffs in the various tracks are always the same, and the mood is identical. I hope they have done better because otherwise, they are a highly overrated band.

No, bart12 is my reference... as for the blues, of course it is a limited genre too (it's based on 3 chords), but it started off all the music of the 20th century... rap has greater limitations, both lyrical and musical, that’s all. Then all genres have limits; perhaps the only exception is radical improvisational music.
