Hal is also very interesting, the CD by Peterlla (Indigo 4), but in my opinion, we are on another planet here.

Incredible! A record shrouded in a melancholic sweetness. The 5etto is so skilled in interplay and taste in solos that it’s almost frightening. Rava confirms himself as one of the greatest Italian musicians of all time. Masterpiece.

I have to say that the more I read Contemplazione's posts, the more I agree with him. However, it's always difficult to recommend jazz records; certainly the milestones (and "Kind..." is one, however you want to put it) are a good starting point, but it's important to carve out your own path. P.S.: Contemplazione, be more sanguine (as in the posts) in your reviews.

ajejebrazorf what you say may be all true, but from your point of view (except for the last sentence about the modal which is "true" in part) that "Kind..." is a masterpiece is undeniable, then if you like other kinds of jazz that’s perfectly fine, but luckily there is so much diverse jazz out there that everyone can choose their own preferred language (for example, I love them all from Armstrong/Morton to John Zorn) and that's what makes it beautiful!
