Intense and heartfelt, the film piques my curiosity greatly, especially since it’s by the great Van Sant, who is certainly not defined by those two little movies (Good Will Hunting and Finding Forrester) that should be removed from his official filmography.

The greatest Italian director is worth watching; I know I might be biased, but I often find him to be too formal, and I don't know… I always feel like something is missing at the end of his films, even though he has created masterpieces like "Rocco..." that are "untouchable."
