dirt is one of the albums I identify with the most, along with in utero by Nirvana and mellon collie by the Smashing Pumpkins.

I think that the album, in terms of music strictly speaking, isn’t that great, but it has managed to attract a lot of people and sell like few others have done.... music isn’t just made of beautiful solos... it’s made of emotions! And Kurt transmitted a lot of them!
