So I wonder: "Who the hell am I arguing with?" Someone who, in April 2006, praised Metropolis as a masterpiece of prog metal, and then in May 2007 writes that Dream Theater represents non-art, the non plus ultra of total artistic nullity made rock. Yes, you might say ideas can change. This is also true, but it's not possible in such a short time without the necessary cultural growth. Moreover, one can easily change opinions without suggesting that what they once believed was a joke. But this is confirmed by the fact that you are nothing more than an immature twenty-one-year-old in constant search of identity. (I just accidentally discovered your age now and I was right). This confirms my thesis about the trend with which you approached the DT, given that you probably got to know them between the ages of 14 and 18, only to drift away when "Pull Me Under" was no longer trendy.
What a disappointment, Lux, I'm so sorry. And anyway, I told you that that rascal Easycure was a genius... He changed you in less than a year!! You even asked him for advice on Symphony X. So, Lux, learn to think for yourself and don’t be a fence-sitter!! Especially in life. Before declaring yourself a fan of a band, make sure you are utterly devoted to them.

I can't believe it.. Our dear Lux was writing back in April 2006 to easycure:
ANOTHER DAY is A BEAUTIFUL ballad, no matter what you say. METROPOLIS? A MASTERPIECE OF PROG METAL. And what about TAKE THE TIME? Do you realize that you're not as objective as you'd like to appear? What you're displaying is FREE CONTEMPT, do you know why? Because you won't admit the good things the dreams have done." AND THEN... DREAM RAMONES (PERSONALLY) 10-0
And then he continued with an evident process of easycure-ization in progress:
Easy this is a note I made to you as well... if progressive music doesn't drive you crazy, and prog metal even less, avoid reviewing the DT... Otherwise, you risk diminishing not so much the DT, but prog metal in general. Look at what you've done to my poor Opeth! I could ask you what you think of Symphony X, but I already know what you might reply, so never mind...
And finally, not even a year later, in May 2007, he debuted with his own review:
OK, OK. I used to appreciate Dream Theater, I was a fan of theirs, I admit it. With "Images and Words" I came closer to Metal, and especially to progressive metal, only to drift away almost definitively after listening to bands like Sonic Youth, Pixies, Dinosaur Jr, and Pere Ubu. What can you do, years go by, tastes evolve (let's hope always qualitatively) ... but I will probably have to reconsider the positive judgment (like mine) that was formed regarding albums like "I&W" and "Awake."

Great review except for the final part. I love Camel, but have you listened to "rajaz"? It's fabulous. However, I think Moonmadness and The Snow Goose are the best.

Lux, don’t do this. You get upset at the slightest provocation. But if you've based your entire review on the plagiarism of the DT, we all know that our absolutions are really just a tool to attack or defend ourselves. I admit I’ve said some things that were a bit too stylized and radical, but I have never invited anyone to commit suicide. Even with easycure, we had some verbal clashes, but we never went beyond simple banter. In fact, I even complimented him on his culture and intelligence, if I remember correctly, but I completely disagree with his theses. It seems to me that your writing style is, conceptually, in line with ondarock; I exaggerated by saying plagiarized, obviously, but if you were that offended, I take it back. At this point, I truly believe you are just a kid. I usually don’t visit forums, not even the one for Italian dreamers, because I usually have other things to do. When I look for reviews, I focus on specialized sites for the most objective analysis possible; I hope Debaser doesn’t take it personally, as it is fascinating for exchanging opinions! Then I was intrigued by easycure's summary, which I found formally interesting, and I wanted to have a chat with him, even though his guru-like approach to music annoyed me. Then you showed up, and soon, believe me, I find myself talking, in a review of my Dream Theater, about Pixies, Dinosaur Jr, Sonic Youth, Pere Ubu, Television. It makes no sense. I bid you farewell and hope I won't have to return.

You know it all, but what are you talking about? Are you really so stupid as to believe that for me, those who don't compose suites don’t know how to create music? I just said that many bands can't compose suites and want us to believe that if they wanted to, they could. I can name thousands of bands about this, and I love them too. Anyway, I told a friend of mine that Lux, easycure, and quite a few of your friends review albums by copying terminology from Ondarock, and Lux just confirmed it to me. Be original.
