DeShirt? Make it YOURS
This morning I read that a recent video excerpt featuring the bearded Osama has been circulating online, which supposedly shows how the theorist of global terror received the gift of immortality from Allah himself. The "walking dead," in short, is not dead at all but, rather, is fully aware of the international political situation (pronouncing a few sentences about the new French and English prime ministers), still contemplating sending his followers around the West to spread death and discord. However, as the diligent and professional foreign experts tell us, he adopts a calmer attitude in his threats, almost whispering them rather than preaching sermons as he used to do during his prime. So, it's an Osama in D minor. And the reason is easily understandable. His arch-nemesis, in fact, has gone for a stroll in Iraq to boost the morale of the troops engaged against Al Qaeda, promising at the same time a significant reduction in the number of soldiers if the (?!) successes against the terrorists undermining the country's stability continue. Well, the farce couldnāt be complete without the Osama video. With Swiss punctuality, indeed, every time the U.S. President finds himself in trouble, the bearded enemy/friend appears to lift his fortunes. And Bush, who may have a foolās face, seizes the opportunity presented to him by the Saudi ghost to firmly declare that his latest video message demonstrates how the fight against terror is far from over and that for this reason, it is necessary to continue to stay in the country that was once Saddam's to protect American citizens from other attacks that (CIA says so, beware, the same efficient CIA that failed to foresee the debacle of 9/11) will be more catastrophic than that of the Twin Towers. The lesson is over. By playing on fear, one can pursue the most disparate objectives. And my fear, what is it? I wouldn't know, but Iām sure Bush has an answer (prepared by his staff, of course) to this question too.
