Rino Gaetano Live & Rarities

Sentence, your comment number 7 had me in stitches! Anyway, Rino, one of the few prides of my Crotone, although he was almost never musically excellent (except for a few cases, like Sfiorivano le Viole, I tuoi occhi sono pieni di sale, la vecchia che salta con l'asta) has always shown a brilliant irony in his lyrics. Great Rino! P.S. On the Crotone league there is a crazy guy who starts singing Rino's songs, it's one of the main attractions in Crotone (I told you this and I've told you everything XD)
Michel Gondry L'Arte Del Sogno
Voto:
But how good is this director? Both this and Eternal Sunshine are masterpieces! I also like the use of special effects, childish in this, elegant and understated in Eternal Sunshine. I believe Gondry is an exceptional director who truly puts himself into his films and is not simply at the service of the script. P.S. great review!

I'm sorry, but even though the review is well-written, you're making a big mistake. The way you describe it makes it sound like a Tangerine Dream album (they really can play two notes for 20 minutes!), while here it actually sounds good (the perfect sound you hear is due to the musicians' skill). One criticism you could have made about this album, and didn't, is that it's incredibly cold and uncommunicative. That's why my rating for the album isn't a 5. Anyway, the rating for the review is a 3, because it's still nice and well-reasoned. You see, Scaruffi sometimes gets it right, not as much when he criticizes the Beatles or Black Sabbath, but when he praises good groups...

I'm afraid, for Zappa's fans, that their idol wouldn't appreciate, if he could read it, all these comments. After all, it was he who said "talking about music is like dancing about architecture," right? XD
Tim Buckley Live at the Troubadour 1969
Voto:
I miss him, but I'll have him uahuahauahauha Tim Buckley is blowing my mind these days. Then Gypsy Woman is an absolute masterpiece. I'll read the review tomorrow because I really can't manage it right now... 5 out of 5 on trust for both.

I don't know Lumpy Gravy, but I give you 1 because in the review you should have explained what you take from the album, what the similarities are and what the differences are. Instead, none of this is present. I'm not a fan of Faust (Tago Mago by Can is unbeatable for me), so it wouldn't even make sense for me to give you 1 regardless. But a review that doesn't provide any argumentation is not valid, I'm sorry...

Maybe, but I mean maybe, you like Zappa... Anyway, I find this album pretty cool; I don't know if it's a 9.5 or not, but who cares? The review sucks because it's not even a review, so 1, I'm sorry. Miss Fortune is really strong anyway.
