"Come Out" anticipates the Throbbing Gristle's "Hamburger Lady"! I know "Music for 18 musicians" (the best for my tastes... with that terrible Indian gamelan..) and "Desert Music"... I also recommend "Music with changing parts" by Philip Glass, if you don't already know it :)
