Yes, it’s true, they often put everyone in the same bag... anyway, I recommend a really great website for us metalheads, called Vibrations Of Doom, which features rare albums from Italian metal bands and others... very interesting.

Defeder85 and CaptainHowdy are absolutely right, truly. I use terms like death, black, or power just out of curiosity to know how a band sounds, but not to label metal, dividing it into different sectors as if it belonged to another genre... I don't know if I'm making myself clear... it's always metal; we shouldn't listen to music with blinders on, even though we need to distinguish the good from the crap!!

Captain Howdy, it's true I've read many reviews and biographies of various bands on OndaRock, with numerous references to the N.W.O.B.H.M...even though I don't like all these classifications that only confuse the mind.

What a mess, guys, I can't understand anything either... It’s true, the Riot are American, I misspoke... they seemed British to me because I've heard a lot about them in the N.W.O.B.H.M... Bartelboom is right.

Yes, but what the hell do you want to say with this? 1977 and 1979 are still part of the latter half of the seventies... but I meant the end of the 70s. Anyway, that’s not really a problem... I repeat, I don’t care about these little details. Maybe I expressed myself because I wanted to make you understand that AC/DC, even though they weren’t playing in England, still had a good success in the UK, especially for the sound that some referred to as punk.

We truly hope that bands like Crying Steel, Strana Officina, or Dark Quarterer can produce more great albums. KINGS OF METAL!!

the_dark, to be honest, I don’t care whether AC/DC are Scottish, English, Australian, or Moroccan; the fact is they are a fantastic band. What dreamwarrior says is true, in fact, the album covers of Riot are nice but not exceptional; perhaps they've improved since "Restless Breed."

It's true that Led Zeppelin are coming back live, but I think the tour will start a week later because Page hurt his finger. As for the Motörhead album, between "Overkill" and "Ace Of Spades," I would maybe recommend the first one, but they are both great.

Oohh thank goodness there's someone who thinks sensibly!! Yes, indeed "Fire Down Under" is a bit better, so much so that I wanted to review it, but since you've already done that, I opted for "Rock City".
