braindamaged but do you know what TRUE rhythm'n'blues, jazz, and soul are?? I watched a video of Amy Winehouse this summer and it scared me.. when she sings she looks ridiculous with that mess on her head, really absurd.. it's an insult to Otis Redding and Tina Turner to say that this Amy is a promise of soul and rhythm'n'blues.. listen to "The Soul Album" by Otis Redding and then you'll see what real rhythm'n'blues is, or check out Tina Turner or the Weather Report to get to know jazz or blues.. not to mention all the rock-blues bands from the seventies.

Pamparius, it's not true that Nitro have been forgotten, and in my opinion, they are much more famous than those semi-obscure bands you mentioned (Pretty Boys Floyd, Bullet Boy..). They may not be as famous as Cinderella or Poison, but I respect them, especially because Batio and Gillette are part of it, whom I like a lot. I find Slim's comparison nonsensical, claiming that Nitro are a copy of Motley, because the glam scene is honestly quite similar, and so we should say that Nitro are the same as Motley, Poison are the same as Cinderella, and so on... In the end, we should listen to a band without making comparisons to more famous acts, but rather appreciating what good they have to offer, without creating problems for ourselves.

I don't know, I don't understand you.. explain to me why you don't like it (you probably don't even know yourselves)..

I vote! I liked the record, I don’t know the DVD very well but when I read that it contains "Raining Blood," "Hell Awaits," "Mandatory Suicide," and "War Ensemble," I thought it would be another great live performance from Araya & Co. The rating I give the DVD is 3 out of trust and respect for the great band... ANGEL OF DEATH!!

It's already Defender85, Jim beat Eric by a second, I recommend these Nitro to you because they are a very technical, skilled, and original band, unlike the usual glam bands with wigs and effeminate voices... I thank you for the always nice comments... Instead, I invite Pamparius to think ten times before talking badly without considering the weight of the words he says... how can you say that Nitro, who have Batio as guitarist and Gillette as vocalist, are a band without personality? Maybe you haven't listened to them properly... or perhaps you don't like glam, but don't say they are a band without quality...

You are right! There are few bands, both Italian and international, that stick together for thirty years, continuing to produce music at the highest levels. I love tracks like "Transylvania", "Hi-Teach Jesus" and especially all the hits from the early albums... they deserved even more success. HAIL TO STEVE SYLVESTER!!

"Shake A Leg" feels like the version of "Kicked In The Teeth" with Brian Johnson on vocals..

Nice review, very detailed, but I don't know this CD by Death SS very well.. some time ago I heard tracks like "Horrible Eyes," "Zombie," and "Terror," and I liked them.. Anyway, Death SS are and will be our pride in dark metal. SABBATH BLOODY SABBATH !!

Damn, it’s a shame because as you could see on that site, there are so many groups that are now impossible to find.. try to build a statue of De Maio, Pino, and Sylvester, it might work.. a big hello to your friend too.

What a record !! Huge shoutout to Defender85 !! I just heard it on Vibrations Of Doom and it's a blast. Astaroth is an amazing Italian metal band that I didn't know about. In this work, they move from the power of "Dead To Be Alive" and "Burning The Diamond," to the epic and melodic "She Wolf," to the heavy-hitting "Jack In The Box"! It's a shame that Astaroth stopped with this mini LP and didn't have a longer career like Strana Officina or Vanadium.. in their tracks, I sense slight references to Sabotage's "Behind The Lines" and the more epic Vanexa. Great band.
