Vanilla Fudge Psychedelic Sundae: The Best Of Vanilla Fudge

OleEinar, of the groups you've listed, I know the High Tide and I've heard of the Pato.. I did the track by track because, since there hasn't been any review of them, I wanted to give a better understanding of the songs. Thank you for the votes! Anyway, I really recommend the Vanilla Fudge!

Oh damn! I renounce everything I said! I confused Steve Harris & Co.'s Iron Maiden with these others! I apologize to everyone and to Festwca, who may have thought I was stupid since I explained to him who the Iron Maiden of the eighties are! In fact, I really don't know these Iron from the sixties at all...

If you're referring to Iron Maiden, I can tell you that there’s little to no influence from Black Sabbath, High Tide, Pentagram, or Atomic Rooster in their style. Black Sabbath has influenced doom-metal bands like Candlemass, Witchfinder General, Saint Vitus, and others. Iron Maiden were influenced by UFO, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple...I don't know this album...I still think it's beautiful!

God Scaruffi, don't fuck with me, you don't understand shit about music, you just say bullshit! For me, you've never even listened to this album... I've been listening to Yes for three and a half years and I can probably tell the good albums from the bad ones. If the tracks bore you because they last twenty minutes each, maybe it's better if you don't listen to prog... then even "Pawn Hearts" by Van Der Graaf must be boring and disgusting because there's "A Plague Of Lighthouse Keepers" which is twenty minutes long! Just like "Tarkus" by Emerson Lake And Palmer, Genesis, King Crimson... Prog rock and prog metal are genres that have long pieces, so you can like it or not.

Madonna, so many comments! There isn’t much to say about the Yes discography… the works from the seventies and early eighties are fabulous, even though on "Drama" and "Tormato" the sound is a bit more commercial… Good ones are "90125" and "Big Generator", I quite like the title track of the latter. From the nineties, I appreciate "The Ladder", the others I don’t know well. As I already said, "Tales From .." is a great album, fabulous "Ritual" and "The Remembering"! End of story!

I don’t have EMule either; I download some stuff with Lime Wire... I’ve listened to a little bit of Elektra Dive and Fil Di Ferro, but I don’t know Rollerball. I heard "Night Walk" by Steel Crown and it’s really nice; I’ve only listened to one album by Royal Air Force. My review on Vanilla Fudge should come out in a few hours... talk to you later!
