I raised the objections, but I motivated them. The insults, on the other hand, have always been a response to insults that weren't mine; if you want, we can analyze them.

cpt, even though you attacked me, that is, you questioned the way I expressed an idea, I didn't take it personally at all! :))))))))

Maybe the period was a bit confusing. So: cpt, even though you attacked me, that is, you challenged my idea, I didn't take it badly at all! Is that clear? :D

"attack" in the sense of challenging us an idea, which is what you're doing, but believe me if I take it personally, I thought you understood..

No, cpt, I don't see where it is possible to grasp that message. He clearly states gender equality.

But don’t get heated, I didn’t play any games, I simply mean that expressing a thought like longlive's or saying that thought is nonsense (i.e., having the opposite opinion) are two ideas, whereas yours is more of a personal attack than just an idea. Let’s not drag this out, come on :D

Sure right, but it doesn’t seem to me that "fregnaccia" is a word from another world, so offensive and scandalous.

Referring only to the part that discusses pyramids and the like, I read: "If any fan of Beethoven's symphonies or Wagner's operas is told that the catchy tunes of the Beatles are the masterpieces of rock, he might smile politely and nod, but it's unlikely that he will ever listen to anything related to rock music again;" here he presents two probabilities, which I believe are entirely appropriate but also understandable, in the sense that they are as close to the truth as they are to falsehood, probable, indeed. Then he says: "And in doing so, he will never learn that rock music has also produced avant-garde suites of twenty minutes or electronic poems of an hour that are as complex and futuristic as contemporary classical music." Oh! Here he unequivocally admits the non-superiority of classical music! It's evident, right? And then: "If the Beatles are at the top of the pyramid, who would want to listen to the rest of the pyramid? But if the Beatles, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson… are the base of the pyramid (and in my opinion, they are indeed closer to the base than the top), then it makes a lot of sense for anyone interested in listening to good music to explore the rest of the pyramid." He creates a pyramidal system, of course, but only within the realm of rock, something we already knew thanks to his famous ratings. Up to this point, Piero has admitted no superiority of genres.

But don't you think a personal opinion can be nonsense? It can be shareable, or it can be unshareable but respected, or it can be unshareable and not tolerated, and in that case, we should provide reasons, which I have already given to longlive without getting a reply so far, and which ajeje is definitely capable of doing given his musical culture (ajè, I'm not buttering you up, don't worry about coming off as likable as you said before ;-)). Anyway, the fact is that longlive's opinions don't seem to me to be expressed as personal judgments. And furthermore, even saying "nonsense" is a personal opinion :D
