As in a last supper, I haven't listened to it yet, but from what I've heard and read, it's not exactly a great album; after all, progressive music was fading at that time, especially in Italy... However, I would like to give you some advice: from many of your comments, you've made me realize that you often listen to isolated tracks from the album, and that’s not very "useful," especially in the prog genre. I would therefore recommend listening to an entire album, especially if it's a concept album, rather than focusing on individual tracks that, when isolated, can lose their actual value.

What is this record, manliuzzo, the reviewer explained it well to you. If you ask me who the Gong were, I’ll tell you they were a fantastic band, part of the Canterbury prog scene, but hardly comparable to any other band, not only within Canterbury, given the variety of genres they proposed. Before listening to this album, I would recommend the previous one, Flying Teapot, and even before that the early albums of the Soft Machine, Jet-propelled photograph and One, just to get you closer to these sounds.

Manliuzzo, as bjork rightly says, depends on the album, but also on the attention you give it, on how much you can empathize with it, and in any case, it also relies on your musical knowledge.
