MUSICAL CULTURE is UNDISPUTABLE, I probably have a lot to learn from him on this: but MUSICAL UNDERSTANDING is a whole different thing. That is an innate gift, a gift that can be refined by listening to a lot of good music, of course, but it cannot be learned in any school nor can it be acquired through titles."
