Megadeth Rust in Peace

I hope I misinterpreted the third paragraph: songwriting is how songs are composed, their structure, not the actual lyrics. Anyway, great album, 5 even though "Poison Was the Cure" has never been my favorite (oh, and I think "Dawn Patrol" is really just filler...).

@Deep-Frenk: So, I'll tell you right away that our views aren't really that different: I also find the person Michael Jackson somewhat questionable, let's put it that way; as an artist, however, I must say that I like him, and I’m not ashamed of it at all. The only thing that bothered me, and the reason I brought up respect for the dead, is this constant and delirious bickering between those who insult him for no reason and those who praise him just as gratuitously: what do they find so useful and entertaining in doing so? Is it a review of "Off the Wall"? Let's talk about the album in question then, let's not keep dragging out details and facts about his private life, worn out and nauseating in their constant repetition (maybe I speak this way because I actually felt a bit addressed as a "not mentally healthy individual," to put it like the reviewer...) Then, regarding the Hitler-Jackson issue, my point is: the former did everything to attract the hatred of people (from every era, I would say...), while the latter doesn't seem to have done anything so outrageous. I just wanted to say: wouldn't it be better to stop talking like that, just for the sake of doing it? Otherwise, we become part of that absurd spectacle that has grown around his death (this is obviously not directed at you, quite the opposite...). That’s it, no hard feelings, I hope... right back at you. :-)

Oh, and then let me say one more thing: Hitler and Jackson are two very different things, please...

Deep-Frenk: I neither accuse nor defend him; my criticism is aimed at those who continue to insult or idolize a deceased person: enough, let's leave him in peace, shall we? (and with this, I also refer to other figures, like Lady Diana, Elvis... but let's leave it here...) Otherwise, we won't get anywhere, and it generates things like some comments from Daniela(75) and Rosellina81 that, no matter how fake they may be, are still mind-boggling.

ops... a couple of mistakes: "...musical field..." and "...a personA...", obviously :)

Okay, he was forced by his father… okay, he was a money-making machine… okay, his character was at least questionable (whether the accusations of pedophilia are true or not, let’s say he sometimes contributed to the rumors…) and so on… but, unlike today’s alleged pop stars, MJ knew how to do what he had to do, that is, sing and especially dance, and he did it well. Everything that surrounds him, especially now that he’s dead, in my opinion is nothing more than proof of the low level to which people can sink, especially when there’s a decent amount of money involved (the film is just the latest in chronological order…). I completely disagree with the review; I find it to be merely a gratuitous attack on the character and an offense to those who admire him: I don’t consider myself a fan, but even while listening to a completely different genre of music, I appreciate what he did in the musical field (his music, not everything someone claims he contributed to creating); he was one of my first "idols" as a child, and even today I enjoy listening to "Thriller" and "Bad," which I consider two great albums. I find it unbearable to keep attacking a person who is dead; a little respect at least for this, I think, should be shown… (and I’m referring not only to gratuitous and offensive criticism but also to fanaticism that is so excessive it becomes laughable).

Never heard a note of this Blackmore project... to start with, is this one better or the two you mention at the beginning? In the meantime: nice review :)
Shiny Entertainment Earthworm Jim

Legendary Earthworm Jim! xD So many afternoons spent watching my brother play it (I was still too young...); so many laughs, especially when the sweet little dog got hurt and turned into a hideous, hungry beast :D (but I also remember there was a level where you could hear some noises that unsettled me, it was like a hell all in red-orange with screaming black ghosts floating in the air as enemies... oh well). 5 because it reminds me of great times :)

A really great album, there's no denying it: excellent "Modern Day Delilah," "Never Enough," "Say Yeah," and "Stand." Typical KISS-style :)

Oh, what do I see?!? I read through the comments and find a link to my review, which is even highlighted as a positive example :D Thank you, Starblazer, too kind :)
(The album is certainly not a masterpiece, but it's not all that trash either...)
