I may have given it a 2 in the review, but I did that because, aside from its first part, I didn't like how it was written. Criticizing is one thing, humiliating is another; humiliating is pathetic, not to mention useless, especially if the one being humiliated is a 14-year-old kid and the one doing the humiliating is older. By the way, who are you to say that he's an idiot? Or to prevent him from listening to Iron Maiden? .. Whatever, people...
Lacrimas Profundere Ave End

Lacrimas Profundere have never attracted me that much; I only have "Memorandum," and I liked it quite a bit, but I find the rest a bit anonymous personally, especially the latest release "Songs for the Last View," which I consider a 1 out of 10. I've listened to "Ave End" maybe a couple of times, and I don't remember much; it probably didn't impress me much. The review, as usual, is well-written nonetheless.

Uhm I will take care of it, but not in these days when I'm home alone, otherwise I'll have a heart attack and goodbye.

Among other things, I will never be able to understand why a common "metalhead" (for heaven's sake, we are all human beings, what sense does it make to classify ourselves like this??) has to feel excluded and misunderstood by people. What’s the fun in that? But above all, who told you that everyone thinks this way: "Delinquenti, drogati e cafoni [...] rumore"?? It seems to me that you have a somewhat distorted view of other people's opinions, which are often based on the undeniable principle of "live and let live/rosikare."

First of all, thanks to everyone for the comments. @Dr.Adder: but where the hell do you come up with all these analogies?? XD I haven't seen Carpenter's film, damn it, I'll look it up immediately! @Occulto: I recommend first of all the album Rising, which was recorded live on 6/6/06, then a more compact and challenging album is "Carbon/Core", which is a bit harder to find, but still very much worth it. Then there's also "The Place Where the Black Stars Hang", while "Heresy", despite being the one I like the least, is considered one of the cornerstones of dark ambient.

Uhm... You're the expert on gothic here, so I trust what you say, and as soon as I can reformat this poor PC, I'll be uploading these Lacrimosa along with 22 other groups that I have pending... Sigh!
