@fra: yes, Opeth, even if they are hated to death by some, in my opinion, are one of those bands that have given so much to metal in general. Sometimes a bit convoluted, but they are still great.

Well, you know, it wouldn't be a bad idea..! Now that I think about it, usually after death rants, I indulge in Bach's kantaten; I guess this time I'll let Bach rest in peace and try to listen to a genre that, unfortunately, I have prejudices against. I'll let you know..!

The "lively tormentor" has struck me too! :)) It's a record I've recently discovered and I need to study it well, but my rating won't go below this.

So... Well-written review (rating 4.27), the album and the genre you described seem quite simple and easily digestible. Right now, though, I'm listening to Still Life by Opeth and I'm not really in the mood for easy listening vibes hehe :D

@Fra: those votes are more of an Adderian legacy; I'm continuing the strict U__U tradition.

Judging by how the review was written (rating: 4.93), I’d say this time you came prepared with a cozy blanket and hot chocolate..! Well done, Giona :D See you at the next lesson!

Wow, great start, welcome..! Death Metal is a genre I stopped listening to not long ago, apart from Death, Augury, Nile, Opeth (even though it's reductive to classify them as death, but whatever..) and a few other bands. I really don't know these, but I don't think I'll delve any deeper...

So... A very good review, even though it sacrifices the effectiveness of conciseness for a long and detailed description - which, however, doesn't feel heavy. Rating 4.599. I've never listened to them; could this be a good album to start with or should I look elsewhere?

Really exquisite record! Thank you Jargon ^^
