>"It bothered me that everything is now super avant-garde and intellectual, and the old bands are just primitive clowns."< No one (or at least, I) has ever said that... Nevertheless, I can also understand that someone who has followed a musical scene from the early years when it "blossomed" until today may feel a certain disdain for the things that change (very often, as you pointed out, for the worse) and for those who (in your opinion) believe that everything is super intellectual and avant-garde. Well, I'll try to put myself in your shoes, but clearly I'm too young and inexperienced to understand. >"I think I have the right to express myself"< It seems obvious to me. >"Sorry for the outburst, maybe you weren’t the one who was that involved, regards."< No, don’t apologize for pointing out what I got wrong. Next time, I’ll think twice before speaking about certain topics where I lack experience (and above all, without being swayed by what others say). That's all. Bye and see you next time - hopefully on more peaceful occasions.

And anyway, I apologize editors, but the rating for the album is 4, not 5. Could you correct it..? .. Thank you very much..

A couple of clarifications are needed. Fjell, not long ago, when the discussion about the Candlemass review started, I had the chance to read your two comments without replying. I admit that I have rather fluctuating thoughts on the matter: first I read Fallen's comment and I agree with it, then I read yours and change my mind. A bit contradictory, right? Regarding the topics you discussed, I have no fixed ideas nor will I have any because, for now, I am ignorant and I behave as such. Every point of view seems fairly grounded to me, enough to support all of you, and this is just an indication of a (relative) lack of personal opinions – and therefore of intelligence. Maybe you are right, maybe Fallen was right, maybe neither of you was, but the fact remains that it doesn't seem reasonable to get so worked up over some issues that, compared to much more serious problems, are nothing. And I don’t say this to brush off the hot potato; I say it because once I take my face away from the computer, I find myself in a reality where topics like "metalheads," "new generation," "generalizing or not?" and "avant-garde or not?" are virtually non-existent. Anyway, that's all I have to say in my defense. Now, on to the more "musical" side. I have no problem listening to everything that comes my way, whether it’s (mostly) metal or not. The historical significance in metal (but also in other genres) is relevant to me up to a point because if I like something, I like it, that’s it. The fact that you hate the bands I review/listen to (because they are fake, because they are derivative, because they are uselessly polished clowns, because this, because that) doesn’t affect me much, nor should it necessarily do so, given that tastes (unfortunately – fortunately) are what they are. Bathory and Immortal were the first black metal bands I listened to a few years ago, and albums like "Under the Sign..." and "At the Heart of Winter" are hard to forget, so it’s not just pseudo-avant-garde crap that I listen to. Anyway. Then: regarding "intellectual [...] with a nose in the air," you're certainly not the first to tell me that, nor will you be the last; I probably give off this terrible vibe online, and frankly, I’m sorry; because who knows me well knows that I’m not like that. My intent has never been to elevate myself above anyone, especially since I wouldn't see the moral or practical end in it, especially in a virtual setting. If I often spout immense nonsense, it’s probably because I’m still a spoiled kid who has a lot to learn, and if that’s the case, I apologize for any anger; in any case, I’m always willing to listen to those who want to tell me where and how I’m wrong, given that I’ve just turned 18 and listening to those who have more experience than me seems like the least I can do. But I can assure you that there’s very little arrogance... The only thing is, I’d appreciate it if certain things were said to me with less anger, considering you’re dealing with a young kid with unclear ideas, which wouldn’t be a novelty, since time immemorial. Also: you’re not the first to criticize my way of writing, and, again, not the last. Unfortunately, my style is this, and if you don’t like it, slap your destructive 1 down and say whatever you please; I will continue to be the same as always until I decide otherwise. I’m sorry that there are quite a few people who don’t like my way of expressing myself, really. But oh well, it doesn’t matter... Anyway, you still remain one of my favorite reviewers. Bye.

Yes. Dani's performance in this "Cruelty.." is, in my opinion, one of the worst. It gives a sense of "emptiness" to the rest of the instruments, which seem shrunk and distant, placed in the background. I would also give it a 4, but compared to a "Dusk.." and a "The Principle..", this little disc really pales in comparison.

I'm very late in commenting on this album... Well, what can I say, this "Ordo.." left me with a strange impression. On the first listen, stunning. On the second listen, complicated but interesting. Third listen, uff! Fourth: diarrhea. Usually, it happens exactly the opposite for me, but if it caused me these side effects, then we can be sure it's a real "bleah" little record, just to sum it all up in an onomatopoeia. Very ugly, while I can only agree with the review.

Today I listened to it only three times, but it was enough to make me decide on the minimum vote to place.
