Well... Two years later, my judgment remains pretty much the same: a 3.5 that I round up or down depending on how annoyed I am. The problem is that we’re talking about Opeth, and 3.5 is still a bit low for their standards. I haven’t listened to this album all the way through in a few months, which is not a good sign... I definitely prefer any other album by the band, "Ghost Reveries" included, which I still consider an excellent and solid work. In any case, we’re light years away from "Blackwater Park," "Still Life," and (my absolute favorite) "Orchid." I didn't really like the review.
