Biffy Clyro Only Revolutions

You’re right, it’s my mistake: I said the first two but I meant the second and the third. Anyway, I respect your point of view, but I really liked them a lot. De gustibus, of course!

I saw them on Saturday night opening for Muse. If these guys suck live, then I'm Bill Clinton. I respect Fiquata's views, of course, but I've always thought a band should "grow" sooner or later, right? I think we all agree that the first two are great albums, but labeling this and Puzzle (!!!) as crap seems at least misleading. Whatever, the nice thing is having everyone with their own opinion, that's for sure.
Michael Mann Nemico Pubblico

We went to the cinema as a group of six, and I can assure you that I was the ONLY one who enjoyed it. But I'm a superfan of Mann, so I'm not very objective. Maybe they were expecting a huge blockbuster with Johnny Depp and ended up with something else, who knows. Oh, and Bale's performance is deliberately cold. At least, that’s my opinion.

Great band. Everlong is monumental.
Arctic Monkeys Humbug

For me, it’s a great album.
Snow Patrol A Hundred Million Suns

@ VOODOOMILES: well, they are very successful in the UK, United States, Australia. In the rest of the world, they are essentially ignored or nearly so, Italy included (the only single that has been played frequently here was You're All I Have, from Eyes Open).
Starsailor All the plans

And indeed I was wrong: superlative, for me. Boy In Waiting masterpiece, All The Plans their Don't Look Back In Anger, You Never Get... beautiful and The Thames dusty and captivating. Four solid stars, the best since the debut.

@ boyintheocean: well, I've lost a bit of enthusiasm, that's all. But my passion for music is still infinite, I assure you!

If Take Me To Your Leader had been in the best, you can be sure it would have made it right away, among the key tracks!

I am one of the few who, while recognizing the first two or three albums as wonderful, also greatly appreciates the latter part of Incubus's career. I prefer an honest band with itself and its fans compared to one that repeats itself just to please someone. That said, in the case of a best of, I consider the key tracks to be those that are most significant in the band's career, not necessarily the most beautiful. For example: I think Stellar is at least two notches above Drive, but I recognize that the latter represents a turning point that is too important for them to ignore. Whether that turning point is positive or negative (I get it Caz, that you didn't like my "approach," and I'm certainly not touchy, but giving a 1 to a review after reading just one line is quite peculiar. No hard feelings, of course...) is up to each of us to judge.
