Excluding Blink, you mentioned some names that interest me, so I’ll listen to the rest as well. I have Fifa 09, so, of course, I know the single.

You read my mind, I was thinking about them a few days ago, wondering where they had gone. This album is a near-masterpiece, "The Exile" and "The Company Won't Colour Me" are two absolute gems. Well done, a tremendous retrieval!

Coldplay Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends

Transition album, but with (at least) a couple of tracks (specifically "Viva La Vida" and "42") that can be labeled as "masterpieces." The influence of U2, as I explained at the time in my review, is limited to a few specific instances ("Lovers In Japan" being the most obvious).
