the worm sucks. it has an incredible background noise, and I bought it and resold it at the same store after a month. a friend got it used there. a month later he resold it too. I'm advertising my own... buy mine, buy mine... hehe

Zanna, I’m your man. I’m taking off the Boss Tremolo… in excellent condition. I’m getting rid of it because when playing at a minimum of 140 BPM it never fits with the song (send me a DM… I’m your man ;)). Sickman, these are my pedals… in no particular order: MXR Micro Amp, MXR Phase, Boss Delay, Boss Tremolo, Small Clone, Big Muff USA, RAT, Boss Octave, Cry Baby, and a beautiful fuzz that I keep outside of the Voodoo Lab… keep in mind that my distortion is RAT and MUFF turned on simultaneously on a Tele with the bridge pickup cranked up ;) I’m a filthy one.

So tell me what the premises are. Tell me why a Milanese (anyone at random) should understand Naples and the Camorra, which are essentially the same thing, better than me, who only needs to step outside my door to see it. I’ve read what you write and I think you’re really missing the mark. Let’s put it this way: Saviano is from Casal di Principe. If he had been from Rome, would he have written Gomorra? Would he have succeeded so well? I don’t think so, assuming he’s not the new Verne.

At this point, I guess I can say that with all the information available, there's really no need to get off the couch to learn about a place. Maybe you know more about Iraq than an Iraqi does. Listen to me: you think you're Salgari, but to understand something without actually being there every single day (and even that wouldn't be enough), you should be Verne. Between you and me, I'm not the pretentious one; you are, thinking you know something when 90% of what you know comes from reading a bit and assuming you understand. Come here, take a look around where I live, and explain what you think you know to one of those who sell smoke. The next day, either you're fertilizer or you’re the pillar of some illegal building. I'm not saying don't speak; I'm saying approach it differently, try to listen—and if you really want to understand, come live here for a decade... until you do that, the most you can know is what anyone who just reads paper can grasp.

uhhh... what have you pulled out!?! beautiful. Anyway, I would use the plexi to get clean sounds because I use pedals for distorted ones... I'm a filthy person, and if I tell you which pedals and how, especially, you'll get chills from the disgustingness... hehe, I'm filthy, hehehe. You say the delta blues has a nice output? I tried it at standard volumes and I like the sound, but I don’t know if it can handle the outrageous volumes I play at... (my current piece of junk seems to manage them. it's a Peavey Bandit 112... it sounds awful, but for a transistor amp and for what it costs, it’s like a Fender Twin... exaggerated). What do you think? It kicks ass? I would still always go for the 210 version.

"and the people of Castel di Sangro or any cheerful Romagnola suburb 'begin' to take an interest, don't you think there's only to gain?" ...of course, there's something to gain, but I won't accept someone coming in to talk and pass judgment on things that, luckily for them, they only know through the news or a screen. It's good to talk about certain things, but people who aren't in touch with these matters should ask rather than decree, since there's a difference between educating oneself and watching the news, and not being able to see your girl or go into the lounge for two weeks because between you and her or the world there’s a landfill, burned buses, trenches, protests, clashes, and bullshit. What the know-it-alls are talking about is because they've read some damn book. I, on the other hand, and thousands of others live it every day. So I don't accept judgments (opinions yes, judgments no) from people who might have watched The Godfather and played GTA. I didn't intend to silence anyone, but if someone tells me that you don't need to live in Naples to understand the Camorra, when even a Neapolitan can't grasp it, they're either arrogant, deluded, or someone who has watched too many movies."

Zanna, is the Vox your favorite? My dream is a nice Plexi (http://www.marktremonti.net/equipment/images/plexi.jpg) but I prefer combos. So if I could, I would go for this one (http://www.dolphinmusic.co.uk/shop_image/product/1000ad0d12d1fd1953aa7e1061fb01bc.jpg)... mmm
However, considering my budget, I think I’ll go for the Delta Blues 210... hoping it can handle the volumes :)

just supersoul. Neapolitans do not fully understand something they have lived with forever, let alone someone from Castel di Sangro or a housewife from Voghera.

I point out this thing. Do you really think that just turning on the TV and hearing "EMERGENZA RIFIUTI" is enough to understand that there is garbage in Naples? When the TV talks about it, those bags have been there for at least two months, and the problem has existed for at least ten years. Do you think that the Camorra is made up of kids driving garbage trucks? The Camorra is something else entirely, and you, those who don't live in Camorraland, can't even imagine, not even with all the Scarfaces and acid trips, what Naples is like.
