Ok, thanks for the reply!!! Sorry for my ignorance, but I was convinced, I don’t know why, that they were English!!!

Because someone defined it as the greatest blablablabla... so is it true? Be careful, they called me the greatest catigatore of cacacazzi!!!

In my opinion, it's not true that there are fewer good Italian bands compared to foreign ones. The problem is that, in my view, there isn't the right mentality... I mean, people judge you on the first note you play, and then, perhaps secretly, they listen to Verdena, who are the worst you can encounter (I couldn't help but say it). Here, rock is just a little game as long as you don't buy a motorcycle!
I've had the opportunity to attend numerous concerts in Germany, where people have a different approach to emerging bands (who get paid)... basically, they mosh, dance, and... even headbang! It recently happened to a band I know personally, who had released their first album without a strong label, and nobody paid them any attention. Now, though, since their video is on MTV, everyone is watching them play and saying, "uh, how good they are" (and many are their former detractors)... So, if someone tells you they're good-looking, then they're liked; otherwise, goodbye... as usual, we settle for being a colony of the empire!!! Meanwhile, in the last three years, all the best albums have been Italian.

As far as I'm concerned about Italians' English, I don't care about stylistic choices or truncated words... what really gets under my skin is English and the fact that the world is English-centric.

I particularly like them, and she came, my life and companion Teresa, but it's the second part of the album that makes the revolution. I mean, I've never heard anything like this in post-hardcore or post-punk records (I might be missing something...so correct me if I'm wrong!!!)...they seem very original for the genre and they give dignity to Italian by avoiding the usual truncated words we all use to finish a line or the poetic lyrics à la Marlene (no offense to Godano, just to be clear, it’s simply a different and much less common approach).
In my opinion, and confirmed by friends who have seen them, I'll remedy soon, live they absolutely kill it. There's a video of them performing "Vita mia" in the rehearsal studio on YouTube...damn (oops) it’s incredibly strong!!!
