unfortunately, I have the first album original... twenty bucks flushed down the toilet. I remember that the first time I listened to it, it blew me away... but with each subsequent listen, it became more and more tedious. I believe it’s a good case of 2.5... anyway, it just sits there collecting dust. When the second one came out, I don’t remember the name of the terribly sad single, I gave up... basically, it’s all fluff... from this experience, both RATM and Soundgarden lost their way... anyway, I think the primary objective has been achieved. They raked in some nice dollars.

Well, Iside, I believe that you (not even God) cannot decide what is a masterpiece and what is crap. You can certainly say this record is diarrhea for me... but it’s not like you decide everything! For me, I repeat, it’s my favorite album of 2007 in the world (I don’t understand the distinction Italy-world) together with the one by the Melvins and Dinosaur Jr. It’s absolutely my favorite Italian album (along with "Alice non lo sa" by Cesco De Gregori and "Aida" by Rinuccio).

Well, Nick, I don't really agree, at least not completely. I mean, this greedy business mindset is truly disrespectful... but for me, the most important thing is being able to access things I otherwise wouldn't have had. When I was in Berlin... there were three days until I returned home and I had 90 euros left... the box set cost 69. I bought it immediately without thinking. Caught up in the excitement, I went down to the subway, sat on a bench, and listened to the whole first CD. I remember being happy. That's more than enough for me.

simple suck like hell. They made the first album which was really good, the second which wasn't bad, the third that made you piss yourself laughing because they were so caught up in delusions of grandeur, and the fourth... well, the fourth isn't even music and Knights of Cydonia is a trash festival.
