Sure, I advocate for the technique or, in any case, this shouldn't mediate your taste. My favorite is Dale Crover from the Melvins or Dave Grohl from Nirvana... precisely for their functionality.

I disagree. Franz is much better, from a technical point of view.

Look, I'm not saying that Iron Man is metal... especially since I don't know metal well enough to make a historical argument... but as a concept, as sounds, the talk of witches (it's bullshit... I know) is roughly something there. I know the Sonics and they're a god of a band and they're anything but metal.

but no one said he isn’t good… at least I didn’t mean to say that. he’s a great musician and I absolutely don’t want to deny it. but going from that to saying he’s the best in Italy, as he claims, is another story. he’s a great musician, but nothing more. Franz Di Cioccio would eat him alive and shit him out in half an hour, honestly.

I don't know the group but the review isn't bad.

So: if De Gregori does "Alice" (Alice doesn't know it's the album). If De Gregori is ridiculous... then it would be well for all of us to become ridiculous... just to maintain some decency. Then, I mentioned those in air metal and other mainstream characters of the 80s not for nothing, but because underneath there was music that really mattered. Take the Gun Club (I mention them because I know you like them). They certainly deserved more in life than many who were shoved day and night on MTV without having anything to say. In any case, supersoul... those bullshit like Exploited are the first I can't stand and indeed there isn’t that much difference at an aesthetic level with the polished singers of the 80s... so you're breaking down an open door.

In my opinion, Black Sabbath are as much hard rock as they are metal...they’re one of those bands that go beyond the classic categorization into a genre. However, I believe that a good portion of metal stems from there...at least for the sounds or the darker timbre of the guitar.

LORD, not to insist, but to possibly change your mind about the nineties, you might want to try listening to Motorpsycho, who perfectly blended hard rock with recent sounds and approaches. Give "Trust Us" a shot. It's a double CD and I think you'd like it. What about Ian Paice!?! He's a monster, damn it. Ian Paice's Charleston is one of a kind.

Oh my goodness. Sorry for the spelling. Today I am really struggling with Italian.

"The decline in quality is also due to the fact that too much stuff is recorded." ...congratulations. You've said it all and it's the smartest thing I've heard since I joined Debaser. Take a vinyl... it contains at most 40 minutes of music. If today you make a 40-minute album (I’m speaking from the perspective of an emerging band and from personal experience), they tell you to add another 20 minutes. It ends up being over an hour, which is like a double vinyl, of heavy music. The problem lies entirely here!
