easy...you are absolutely right. there’s this fucking trend of slow music that homogenizes everything. this year with the band I did 15 concerts. in at least 10 of these we were accompanied by so-called post-rock bands...so we had to endure the copy of sigur ros, giardini di mirò, mogwai and other stuff like that...which I actually like the originals quite a bit (I went through an odyssey three years ago to see sigur ros) but the clone of clones always annoys me. anyway, easy, from what I saw live, the hood seemed good to me and also quite original.

I haven't heard anything from Hood in the studio, but I saw their concert a couple of years ago... they seemed to me like a more minimal version of Radiohead. That is, they made a nice impression on me, but I need to listen to their CDs; however, this isn't the right season for post-rock (for me, it's never the right season for post-rock) :)))
