and then I wasn't generalizing... I have several friends from Milan and I often go to visit them, maybe on the occasion of concerts, and I like Milan too. Of course, there are exceptions. Not all Neapolitans are camorrists (I'm not one), not all Milanese are racist, not all Romans are charming and intellectually lively (you're not)... so

Poletti, avoid making any thought ridiculous... I haven't met Bossi's children, just kids, because we're talking about kids, who, pushed by adults, say things without thinking that, over time, they will actually come to think about. Avoid making jokes about things you don't understand. Mine was just a response to Iside since I read her comment on her blog, but you, when talking about things you don't know, as is now known, are a sacred monster.

iside...I read your comment on the blog and I’m with you. In '92, at the age of 6, I lived in Milan (specifically in Corbetta), and you can’t imagine how many times I had to endure being called maradona, terremotato, terrone, vesuvio, pizza and mandolino, cammorista. It was a really awful thing that maybe only you, as a good (former) terrone, can understand. Being called a drug addict and terrone with markers on my folder by 6-year-old kids every single day is something that leaves you rather shocked... but how pathetic are the anonymous ones???

Ghemy, I completely agree with you... in fact, I didn't talk about objective crap. I never speak objectively because I don't like it, I'm not capable of it, and then because there is really nothing objective out there. But even when I grow old, I won't stoop to such nonsense (oh, to me it's nonsense), if I ever do get old. And then: the national popular is a beautiful thing. I believe in the national popular, but by now we are past the point regarding average intelligence. Let it be clear: the national popular has lost its function, but that doesn't change the fact that Dostoevsky (is that how it's written!?) is national popular. The dead are dead, and let's leave them in peace. A big fat guy with great talent has passed away, capable of singing (?) and stealing. He was a great singer and a great thief. STOP. That's all there is to it. Honest people sweat for their bread every single day, and we’re still talking about Lady D, Pavarotti, and various nonsense. They're dead, and what can we do? They enjoyed life with cars, champagne, whores, tabloids, planes, gossip, and now we want to let them enjoy death too. So why is it that when a former Italsider worker dies of prostate cancer, no one talks about it? How come there are no cheerful old folks in Taranto (as the editorial of Fidia recalled) or in Bagnoli (the Neapolitan neighborhood where Italsider spewed smoke and rubbish and where Italsider workers live)??? In short: they enjoyed life, but in death, they can mind their own business, and we can mind ours.

ghemison... imagine, everyone thinks what they consider beautiful, stupid, intelligent, and useless is whatever they want. yet you sometimes take on this objective responsibility of choosing what's right and what's wrong, and sometimes it annoys me... don't worry. I'm not saying you get on my nerves. I like how you write and I respect your opinions, but everyone has their own opinions and you sometimes seem to forget that. I've seen the opera, and I know what I'm talking about... luckily, I'm not an expert. obviously, given my proletarian nature, I’ve never seen Pavarotti and I don’t regret it, but I did see La Traviata with Zeffirelli's staging. three hours of nonsense where, assuming you don’t read, you don’t understand a damn thing of what they say in a theater full of old folks all dressed up in the most expensive clothes they own... they wouldn't even let me in, wearing my sweater, jeans, and Converse. it was the most pointless and boring three hours of my life... to each their own.

So you're like a kind of Vincenzo Mollica of Debaser??? A sort of special correspondent??? Just kidding, of course.

these also attract me, but I’ve never managed to find anything... even the name, Boris, I like and who knows why... Fest, there could also be a nice filtering passage here ;)) ... oh, the feedtime are solid. I’ve listened to the album a couple of times and it’s smashing... but right now I’m in my mclusky phase, so it’ll take a bit of time before they find space. but have faith

Please, fuck off... I repeat, if there were thirty million assholes like me in Italy... if a talented musician is upset because their music is being downloaded, they're just a dirty bastard. There are millions of bands that wake up in the morning and go to work, and it certainly isn't a problem... downloading doesn't kill music, in fact. At most, it takes down the speculators who surround it and know nothing about music. In 90% of cases, it's the artists themselves who put their music online and make it available because they gain visibility from it. I don't evade taxes and I try to respect as many laws as possible, especially those that might harm others... but charging 80 euros for a book, what is that??? It’s theft, and I steal from thieves... you know what a pity, you know what moral pain, you know what torments of conscience. One thing is stealing, another is the passive acceptance of everything, and yet another is using your brain. I repeat to put an end to this nonsense: I don’t evade taxes, I have a public transport subscription even though it sucks, everything I buy I pay for regularly... then I download, not even that much, as much as I want... if I can, I buy the records, but I am absolutely not against downloading, on the contrary. People, download, download, download, because now it's legal... so you're judging me for some nonsense that is even accepted by Italian laws. Bye-bye.
