listened to and seen live at the Lido in Berlin... very derivative, but if I’m not mistaken they’ve been around quite a bit before the new brilliant English discoveries! certainly better than the rest, but still not to my taste ;)

but more than reggae/dub it's not going to be a minor threat + minutemen + embrace = fugazi!?!... for me it is like that... ah, and the rhythm session of the shellac? that of jesus lizard? watt-hurley for life!!! :) ...but comparing the importance of Fugazi to that of Clesk isn't such a blasphemy, especially in artistic terms. As for human merits, I believe Ian has done things for the good of music that few are capable of doing...
