The Who Odds and Sods
Voto:
I have it, but I've never listened to it attentively,
compilations don’t inspire me much...
I’ll give it another chance.
The Who Who Are You
Voto:
The Who gave everything they could up to Quadrophenia, the rest we can also do without.
Pink Floyd Wish You Were Here
Voto:
Shine on your crazy diamond alone is worth the whole album.

Beatles With The Beatles
Voto:
The most beautiful album of the early period.
And to think that just two years later, the most famous band in history will land on Rubber Soul.

I saw him two weeks ago here in Rome, besides being a great musician and a missed comedian. Great.
Oasis Standing On The Shoulder Of Giants
Voto:
In my opinion, the best album by Oasis.
Until Be Here Now it was just britpop/rock, with SOTSOG they aimed for a more "mature" sound. Noel Gallagher is still the undisputed songwriter of the band ("Little James" is the only exception), but it's a shame that in the subsequent albums he gives more space to his brother. I consider Standing on the Shoulder of Giants to be both the peak and at the same time the end of Oasis.
Great review.
The Doors L.A. Woman
Voto:
I'm listening to it again now, I remembered it well: you could sleep on it and only wake up for Riders on the Storm. Too generous a 3.

Better the early Doors...
The Velvet Underground Squeeze
Voto:
Album mistakenly (deliberately) attributed to the Velvet Underground.
