Black Sabbath Past Lives

Well, Iside, forgive me if I interrupt, but at least in the sound of "Speed King," it's not exactly what you would call a mid-'50s rock 'n' roll.

I’ve never listened to the live recording in question, although I will soon. I love Black Sabbath, at least up to the fifth album.
Pink Floyd Atom Heart Mother
Voto:
It's certainly not one of my favorites by Pink Floyd. Pretentious.
The Beatles Revolver

The compositional level, in general, is certainly superior to Sgt. Pepper. Here, Lennon had not yet completely lost himself in the labyrinth of LSD, and his half of the work weighs heavily on the final result.
Radiohead Kid A

It would deserve praise just for being a "sharp turn." Very few bands have radically changed their music from one album to the next.
PJ Harvey White Chalk

Suspended between the beauties and the abysses of the mind.
Muse Black Holes And Revelations

They could have pushed themselves more 3.5
The Beach Boys Wild Honey

So I'll start my search, Massyboy :) I would also point out Caroline No, closing the Pet Sounds, sublime.

And let's not forget that Rubber Soul inspired Brian Wilson to create Pet Sounds, just as Pet Sounds was the "father" of Sgt. Pepper,,, and amidst all of this, an album like Revolver was born.
