Beatsteaks Smacksmash

Great CD! Legendary Beatsteaks! Anyway, they've made a new CD with several B-sides! They're really good live too...

Great review, congratulations on the description of PIERROT THE CLOWN... it’s the first review in which someone finally gives justice to a gem... Great Placebo!

This CD is not bad; some tracks are nice (nice because they are unique). For example, Crystal Ball is a beautiful song, definitely a bit "predictable" on a first listen... and Try Again is indescribable (with a few too many high notes, the only flaw).
Muse Black Holes and Revelations

Ahah! How strange, some artists propose something relatively new and some turn their backs. But why? It seems to me that several negative opinions (and here I’m referring not only to the comments in this review but also to others) are due to the fact that Muse are more commercial than other bands... Excuse me, but is that such a big problem? Perhaps I’m mistaken, I’ve misunderstood everything, or I don’t understand anything at all, but if that’s not the case...what a shame!
Avril Lavigne Under My Skin

I’ll start by stating that I haven’t read all the comments (I’ve read the initial ones…), but it seems to me that this site is frequented by a lot of narrow-minded people! I find the phrases amusing, like ā€œbut have you heard her sing?ā€; ā€œshe has a fake voice!ā€; ā€œif she didn’t have that mask of makeupā€¦ā€. Maybe I’m the one who thinks about it all wrong, but it doesn’t seem that way to me at all. How many live singers have a poor voice? Which singers without makeup can be considered beautiful? In my opinion, Lavigne has improved a lot live; I admit that at the beginning of her career she was terrible, but now I think she’s okay…
